Dreamt Music was created in 2008 as an imprint of Facedown Records that would focus on music that did not fit into the heavy realm of artists on Facedown. Dreamt Music gave the Facedown Records staff the opportunity to work with bands that they enjoyed and wanted to expose to as many people as possible, and at the same time, keep Facedown only associated with heavy music. The first release on Dreamt Music came in January of 2008 from Thieves & Liars in the form of a 70+ minute concept album about the biblical story of Joseph titled “When Dreams Become Reality”. The album included a 24 page booklet with amazing artwork by Dave Quiggle. Since then Dreamt Music has gone on to release music from My Epic, Shapes Stars Make, Sleep For Sleepers and Abel.

DISTRIBUTING DREAMT MUSIC
If you would like to distribute Facedown Records, Strike First or Dreamt Music releases, email Virginia and she will get you started off on the right track. We work with a few different distributors throughout the world so please include as much info as you can in your initial order like what country you are in, if you do a store, mailorder, or Christian book store. This will help us serve you better and get you plugged into the right place to get our titles as effectivly as possible.

BOOKING DREAMT MUSIC ARTISTS
Our in house booking agent, David, can help you book shows in your town with the bands on Dreamt Music. Drop him an email here and include as much info as possible (city, state, venue, bands you would like to book, etc..)

DEMO SUBMISSIONS
Please do not send us physical demo submissions. Instead, please send us a myspace message with a link to your bands profile. We check out all messages and if we are interested in hearing more, we will then request that you send us a physical CD and package. This process will save you money, time and resources.
